Asia Youths Association (AYA) is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Gender Equality Training, organized to enhance understanding and awareness of gender equality among young people.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all participants for their active engagement, as well as to our dedicated facilitators for sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Through this training, participants gained valuable insights into the importance of gender equality, the distinctions between gender equity and equality, and a deeper understanding of gender-based discrimination. We hope that this learning experience will contribute to fostering inclusive environments where everyone is treated with equal rights, dignity, and respect.
We are especially grateful for the lively discussions, active participation, and meaningful sharing of experiences throughout the sessions. We look forward to welcoming participants again in our future trainings.
In addition to Gender Equality Training, Asia Youths Association (AYA) remains committed to empowering youth by expanding access to education, livelihood opportunities, and employment pathways through a variety of training programs.
